Notices of publication are sent by email at least quarterly, and are free of charge to all subscribers. Please contact me by e-mail to request your name be added to, or removed from the emailed distribution notification list.
If you have a new Rock Island product or related event, we will be happy to help promote it.
This newsletter is available free of charge, but the editor and publisher reserves the right to control of any original material contained. However, anyone may quote bits of articles, with attribution, under the fair use doctrine.
We hope you found this newsletter interesting and worthy of further issues. E-mail comments suggesting improvements would be appreciated. Pats-on-the-back are also appreciated.
It is our plan to maintain this e-newsletter as a free publication. However, rising costs for programs to produce it, as well as the cost to maintain the website it resides on, may change that sometime in the future. As a stop-gap measure we have decided to accept contributions from our readers to defray some of the costs. Since we are not a non-profit organization, contributions will not be tax deductible. Contributors should contact the Editor at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not wish to receive copies of this newsletter, or its notices of publication, we will immediately remove you from the distribution list. Please e-mail us. This is a simple newsletter and we are only concerned with the Rock Island RR. We do not participate in any spam activities and will not share your e-mail address with outside parties.
